About Me
I believe great leadership isn’t about authority—it’s about transformation, impact, and authenticity.
For over 20 years, I built a career in defense and national security, leading high-stakes teams, shaping strategy, and driving complex missions. I climbed the ranks, checked all the boxes of success—but I kept asking myself: Where are the leaders who lead with authenticity, not just authority? Who’s building inclusive, people-centered teams?
I didn’t see enough of them—so I became one. And now, I help others do the same.
As a retired Air Force Colonel, leadership coach, and organizational development consultant, I help leaders break free from outdated leadership models and step into their power. My approach blends strategic insight with a people-first mindset, helping professionals navigate complexity, lead with confidence, and drive meaningful change—without sacrificing who they are.
